Designed to complement our industry-leading range of Stains and Tints, our Oxidant Developer is available in both a Liquid and Cream formulation. Liquid is perfect to activate Stain for brush or Airbrush application, Cream is recommended for brush application only.  
 
The Gel Tint Activator is specifically formulated for use with our revolutionary breakthrough Gel Tint formula.
